Our governance structure follows the Foundation's constitution. Names and profiles of officers are published only once confirmed.
Governance at a glance
General Council
The governing body of the Foundation, comprising the Trustees, as provided in the constitution.
Board of Trustees
Trustees carry responsibility for policy formulation, oversight of grants and financial governance.
Meetings
The constitution provides for meetings of the governing body. Schedules and minutes are published where appropriate.
Financial oversight
Financial records are maintained accurately and are to be audited annually by an independent auditor.
Accountability
The Foundation reports on its use of funds to its governing body, its donors and the communities it serves.
